I trained 6 months for a marathon. My 10k pr that year was 48 something. I peaked at 41 miles during my marathon training (held it for 3 weeks) and my weekly average for the 6 months was 28 miles. No speedwork at all, including no tempo runs or mp runs, just a couple of races over the 6 months. I finished in 4:38:12 with no walking breaks. Flat course, good weather. 35 years old. I really enjoyed the distance and would like to put more in to it if I'm not shooting for something way over my head.
Question: Is this a good time based on the training?
