I'm thinking about just forgoing indoor track season in place of more base mileage. Would this be a good idea? I don't care about running any indoor races, and indoor goes from february to end of march. Would this be beneficial for me to skip indoor? Will it be ideal to perform well in my races in late april and may when it all counts?
also if i do skip indoor and continue mileage, when should speed start being thrown in? middle of march?
