This is actually a great idea. It would never happen, but if Rex Ryan were TCU's coach, it may be attemped. The BCS is a total sham and postseason college football is less exciting than week 1 in the fall.

Not sure why you think TCU should be in the conversation. If you recall the Rose Bowl, they barely beat Wisconsin...2 pts and Wisconsin lost the game more than TCU won.

I would love to see a playoff situation in college football, but the BCS games this year were really good.

1 vs 2 - great game that came down to the last second - 3pt win

3 vs 5 - great game that also came down to the end - 2pt win

Agreed, BCS games were good this year but please ban Virginia Tech from being eligible for a bowl game until they change their head coach. Beamer-ball? More like Bullshit-ball.

i'd say arky, oklahoma, and oregon are the only 3 you listed that LOSE to auburn--I know Bama lost to them, but the 24-0 lead was for real and auburn's comeback was a matter of bama letting up and being surprised when the game got close
