Is NIKE the new Evil Empire?

Knight can do whatever he wants with his money and his company.

How about this, if another university has a former coach and athlete form a multi-billion dollar sports company, then that company can poor as much money as they desire into the University.

Ahhh Yes the truth about Oregon. Knight runs the state of Oregon...pretty pathetic. Can you imagine your ENTIRE University at the mercy of keeping one man happy, but you're entire state? I like the part about him etched into the women's bathroom mirror looking directly at the stalls..how creepy is this guy. This article also shows the truth about how Knight decides who is the AD and who is the track coach and do as I say or you're gone. The whole Moos part supports what happened to Martin Smith when he wouldn't allow Galen to run on the team and be coached by Salazar. Don't play by Phil's rules and you're gone. Why doesn't the guy just buy an NFL team. Oregon will be the next team to get an NCAA violation for their football program.

Espn has been the evil empire for quite a few years. Disney does own them. As long as Nike keeps paying espn to air their ridiculous ads, they will never be THE evil empire
