Does anyone know if sprint cell phones will work at the course in Terra Haute? Thanks

I believe if you hit the little button marked 'power' your cell phone should turn on. Then you will need to enter a 10 digit number (commonly refered to as a telephone number) and then hit the 'send' button.
This is the usual procedure for using a 'cell' phone. It should work in Terre Haute as it is like any other freakin city that you have or will have ever visited. Except maybe it stinks around the 'Terrible Hole', and you'll find an excess number of college dropouts.
He means, will he be able get coverage there. Was it that difficult to understand?
I can see why you might feel the need to try to practice your wit, but at least wait until someone posts something much more deservingly stupid next time. Don't worry, you won't have to wait long.
My cell phone worked in Terre Haute but not on the road in between Indianapolis and Terre Haute. So make your phone calls before you leave town!
It depends on your service. I have sprint and my service would fade in and out at the course which is a few miles from the city. A couple of my friends have verizon and they were ok for the most part. It'll probably depend on the weather too. It is a good distance from the city as I said before, but you should be able to get some service but it might not be the greatest.
Sprint works fine at the course and in Terre Hole.
We like to refer to it as Terrible Haute, or Terre Horrible, which ever your preference :)
we always referred to it as Terror Haute in the early 80's
Please stay at my inn when you're in Terre Haute. We have phones in every room. Why the hell is the XC course named after me? Why don't NBA players wear jogging shorts anymore? Has anyone seen my mustache? Gotta go play one-on-one with Jimmy Chipwood. Hoosier Daddy?
yes cell phones work in terra haute
also it is law that along every US highway (interstate) you have to get service, that's why you see those damn towers every 2 miles....it's cool when they disguise them as trees though
i wasn't expecting it to work but it did fine...
can you hear me now?
We used to call it Terre Hell in the late nineties. Apparently, it is a 14 hour drive from Des Moines as well.
