Hey guys, recently ran a ~4:37 mile 2 months ago. Any key workouts/indicators (paces adjusted for a 4:29 mile) that i can try out before my first race 4 weeks from now? Hopefully none of them wont be peaking workouts because i still have a long ways till indoor conference.
been doing some more consistent training than i have been, so i'm assuming i'll PR. But back to the subject, key workouts?
So far the only one i've heard is 3x800m. first at Race pace+4seconds, second at race pace, third at race pace-4seconds, with 800m jog in between reps.
