i just ran my first workout back after several months off from running and in my third week of 30 or so miles base running. i did a tempo run on the treadmill and decided to record it with a hr monitor but don't really know what to make of it so i'm looking for some feedback...
my HR at LT is 178 (lab tested earlier this year). i ran 3 miles at 6:00 pace on the treadmill & averaged 166 bpm. not sure if that's too low or high or what.
