Anyone have thoughts on building mileage after a number of years jogging. Ran xc and track in college as well as few years post grad. Now taking on a job that allows for more normal day.
Slow as hell now. Used to run 6:00 pace for 50-80 week. Now doing 9:00 pace for 20-30.
Any advice on just moving up from 0 - 30 min slow to 60 min slow and then get faster, or run 30 quicker, then move up in time as it gets more comfortable?
