Writing a research paper. What was your 8th grade mile time (physical fitness test) and what is your lifetime mile PR?

5:05, 4:15.

In grade eight i ran 4:56 for the 1500.

Grade twelve i ran 401.42 for the fifteen.

I know they arent miles but you can convert them .
