I'm having trouble posting them here. So here is the link:
old 2009 standards here:
http://www.iaaf.org/statistics/standards/newsid=47761.html
Men's 800 1:45.40 same
Men's 1500 now 3:35.00 (was 3:36.40)
Men's 5000 13:20 same
Men's 10k 27:40 was 27:47
Men's Steeple 8:23.1 was 8:23
Women's 800 1:59.80 was 2:00.00
Women's 1500 4:05.90 was 4:06.00
Women's 5k 15:10 was 15:14
Women's 10k 31:45 same
Women's steeple 9:43 was 9:40
The moral of the story is if you want to make worlds run the steeple.
The 10k standard came down a lot (only 16 Americans have ever hit it) but in addition to Solinsky and Rupp, Tim Nelson and Bobby Curtis have it.
