For anyone that feels like commenting.
Going into my senior year, looking like we could put a sub 10min DMR together (provo i believe is 10:10) We have a 152 low 800 kid (outdoor). Handful of kids that can go around 49xx/50 sec for the 400 leg, the real question is If i ran a 2:31xx last year in decent shape can I convert that to about a 3:04 1200? Also for the mile(the important leg) we have a redshirt soph who was a 4:22 kid in high school (is currently top 5 in cross and has grown alot since then).
Doable or no?
