I get lazy in the winter and typically put on 15 pounds. Last winter I went from 145 to 160 from November to March. I then went from 160 to 145 from April to October. My fourth marathon was my worst by 14 minutes despite training harder than ever before so now I am indulging in everything I gave up for seven months.
My lunches usually rotate between chinese takeout, chipotle burritos, subway, and dominos pizza washed down with coke or mountain dew. Dinner is usually leftovers or 6-8 beers.
I'm now running 3 to 4 miles in 30 minutes a day 4-5 days a week.
I'm 25 years old.
