I realize a loaded question but let's assume average build.

130-140 if you are a legit distance runner
I'm 5'10 and my weight will fluctuate from 132-33ish during highest base mileage in the summer (high 80s) and 138-39ish during peak mileage (mid 50s) in November. Sure you put on weight in the peaking phase but for some reason you run faster than before. As long as it works, it works.
132.74
If you're training hard and not eating some crazy diet (e.g. pizza and beer for every meal) you probably don't need to worry about your weight. Some people are heavier than others, some are lighter.
agree with the crazy diet but training hard and not keeping tabs on your weight is a mistake
If you are in prime racing form you will be exactly 115.0 lbs, no more and no less.
228 pounds.
Body fat % is more relevant than weight. the ideal should be about 4-5% for someone afe 39.
Dang, I'm 5'9" and was upset I lost so much weight and weighed 142 the other day. I want to reach 150-155. I focus on the 400/800 just for fun, tho. When I used to run half marathons, I was low 130s (but looked far too skinny.)
