This happens a lot more often than people might think. There was a case like this at Cornell a few years ago with the a land lord who did it using technology. The texas guy apparently held the camera over the curtain.

I doubt will happen again at Univ. of Texas, but if I was top-notch female prep I would have serious reservations about committing there.

If they're serious about making some positive IDs, they should put crowdsourcing to work and post the videos to youtube.

I think that's a little harsh serving jail time for just peeping. A crime like that should be punishable with a fine and probation.
