I am in the process of setting up base training for track and want to experiment with Kellogg's style of training. I understand how to calculate vVO2 but I'm unsure what this pace correlates to. Is vVO2 like LT pace? If so then how would I figure AT pace?
I know Kellogg emphasizes running a lot by feel but I'm not quite at the point of knowing my exact limit of AT.
