So, I'm a 400/800M college runner looking for an edge. Great running coach, good program, lift weights, plyos, stretch...all the good stuff. Have a healthy diet, but other than a multi-vitamin dont' put anything in my system. Anything I could take that's legal to get an edge? Already have caffeine...that helps, but not talking about day of the event. More like some kind of diet supplement that people have had success with. Thanks.

If your pee turns red after eating beets, you could be iron deficient.
Thyroid hormone works pretty damn well. Go do like Salazar's runners and get diagnosed with hypothyroidism.

You have to be pretty fast to get tested.
So just take any steroid you can until you get to that level.
As time goes and you make better connections you may to get to have access to the undetectable stuff.
(If you really have a great running coach I would suggest start there instead of coming here to get advice from knuckleheads like me)
