So, I'm a 400/800M college runner looking for an edge. Great running coach, good program, lift weights, plyos, stretch...all the good stuff. Have a healthy diet, but other than a multi-vitamin dont' put anything in my system. Anything I could take that's legal to get an edge? Already have caffeine...that helps, but not talking about day of the event. More like some kind of diet supplement that people have had success with. Thanks.
