if i run a 57.5s 400m, 25.1s 200m, and i did an 8x400 with 2 min rest workout at an average of about 71 seconds each, what should my 800m time be?

2:05-2:10
4x400m with 5mins rest is a better indicator of 800m.

Oh, I'm interested in this as well. How would one judge 800m ability off of these 400's?
Say all of them around 58-59: Would this indicate 2 flat ability?
Or 56-57: Indicate 1:55?
yeah if you run them about 59 aveg then that means you could probably run sub 2:00 but be careful this is a very hard workout. i wouldnt do this workout a week before a big race
No idea, but off 25.1 you should be able to run faster than 57.5
