Even on Mondays and Wednesdays. Longer in the pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Sometimes the longer run is in the morning, sometimes in the evening, but I feel like something in this range works best for me. 30min am, 60min pm is pretty standard for base and for distance days in season.
0:1 All I can say is that it's the way to go.
I don't divide my mileage. The morning run is just a standard 5 miles and doesn't change. PM runs are 8-12 miles.
