I usually run during lunch at work, but I forgot my shoes today. Should I go run barefoot at the cemetery down the road, or just wait until I get home from work? I've never done any barefoot running before, so I'm a little hesitant.

Please wait until you get home. Or you could go buy a new pair of running shoes at lunch.

I thought about it. I have a gift certificate to a local shoe store, so it wouldn't cost me anything. Why do you say "please" though? lol
Do it (barefoot)! You'll never look back.
Going from zero miles barefoot to your normal distance barefoot is an invitation for injury. Don't do it.
run in your work shoes sissy
haha you'll probably eff up your calves for several weeks if you try to go straight to barefoot running.
do a short run barefoot. then you can say today is the day you fell in love.
I forgot my shoes one day recently. Up til then I had been running up to about 5 miles in the Five Fingers, nothing barefoot. I decided to run just 2.5 miles barefoot. By the end of the run my feet were stinging from what I thought must have been pieces of glass. Actually, blisters had formed. They filled with blood, didn't pop and went away in about a day, but was painful to walk on for that day. So I would recommend inuring the feet to barefooting gradually.
The worst idea possible is to go for a barefoot run. Horrible, horrible idea.
