At Cornell, we do a lot of our repeats on a half mile long horse track. As a result, I always thought it would be cool to have a horse to ride to work.
Riding it the one mile from my house to Cornell would be a lot of fun. It also would please the green movement which is big here in town. Then I could ride it the 2 miles to the horse farm for practice. THere are a lot of other horses out there so I assume this would please my horse (which I don't have).
Sounds crazy right? I always assumed it would be illegal but maybe not as this kid rides his horse to school:

Lawyers, your thoughts?
I'm assuming Cornell wouldn't let me park the horse on campus so maybe I could just ride it to practice.
