Anyone else practice this philosophy?
I'm talking like all out as much as you can eat carbs whatever you can get your hands on, whether it be two full XL pizzas or whatever could even be like 3000 cals in just one meal
After that though I usually go pretty light the next day less than usual
Then morning of race super light a couple hundred easily digestible cals
Feel super light from eating light the day before and the effects from the huge meal from 2 nights before are already gone by that point but your glycogen stores and energy are off the charts
Thoughts?
