Any news on who Brown hired for the XC distance job?
Yep, there are only two on the website.
Yes those two were already there, but there was an opening for the guy who went to providence. I think they hired someone for that spot but have not announced yet. Does anyone know who that is?
They offered the job to someone, but I don't know who it was. They are waiting on HR approval and for the candidate to accept before making the announcement. I would think it will be announced in the next week or two.
Phew. Talk about a program in complete disarray. A DIII weight-event woman is head xc coach!
any idea who was offered the job?

Yes, truly it will be a far fall from their former powerhouse position above all the other D-I schools. Oh wait...nevermind.
I dunno, did their team do mock sodomy at a dance or something?

Not Me.
That school sucks.
I know who it is.I know who it is. but i'm not telling, cause I don't wanna divulge someone's personal information on an anonymous running website nananana
The person who got the Head Coach's position is an outstanding coach, and is extremely qualified. The kids on the team thought that she was the best candidate, and she did a great job in straightening out the mess that existed when Lake left. If you need her qualifications, look at how the Brown throwers did at the end of the season (refer to the NCAA results). For you to say that she isn't qualified because she was a Div. III thrower shows complete stupidity and ignorance.
The throws coach from last year moved to head track coach at Claremont Mckenna

The jumps coach, an aspect of the program that was significantly less successful than the throws, moved to coach track at Claremont McKenna.
HAVING Emma Watson on campus pits coach versus coach and it is understandable that the losing suitor doesn't feel comfortable staying around anymore.
So is Evans out at Brown? What about the lady that was the multis person there?
"Craig is no stranger to the area, as she spent four years
as the director of the Men's and Women's Cross Country and
Track programs at Brown University."
Sorry but Providence is not a subset of Boston.
So, who ended up getting the distance position at Brown?
