This is interesting. I could only think of Alan Webb without research, but I actually want to know which high school runners have done AT LEAST 2 out of the following: Sub 15:00 5k, Sub 4:10 1600m, sub 9:00 3200m and sub 1:51 (I'll take a 1:50).
It would be more interesting to find how many hs runners have gone sub 1:50 AND sub 15:00. I bet there's less than 20 ALL-TIME
Name HS runners who have gone sub9:00 3200m AND sub 1:50

Don Sage, 1:49 and ~8:43.
The list would be pretty decent sized if you allow the sub 4:10 and sub 9:00. I'd wager most sub 4:10 guys break 9:00. -

When did Sage break 1:50? -

I was about to say that one of the few times Sage ran a serious 800, he split 1:50.7 on their national record 7:34 relay, and probably could have under 1:50 with some more serious efforts. Any 4:00 miler is good for 1:49 or so, I'd think. When did he run 1:49?
Webb did it. He went 8:45 (2mile) indoors, and 1:47.7 outdoors. Heck, he didn't run too many 3200s, but he probably could have done them both as part of one of his insane doubles or triples his senior year.
If I remember right, Brannen did as well. I think in Webb's indoor 8:45, Brannen was about 8:56 or so, and he was also a 1:46 guy.
Off the top of my head, Webb's the only one I'm sure of.
I'm think maybe Stephen Pifer might have gone under 1:50, maybe, but not sure. He was under 9 several times, and 4:06. -
Matt Mizereck. Just graduated this year from Leon HS in Florida
14:37 in the 5k (New Balance Champ, also 10th at footlocker)
8:55-3200
and a 1:54 800 -

I'm checking milesplit and I got the following for the 4:10 and sub 9:00 for this year
Lukas Verzbicas 4:02c, 8:53(2mile)
Jake Hurysz 4:04c, 8:49
James Rosa
Elias Gedyon
Craig Lutz
I'll finish it later if someone doesn't before I come back -
Bekele did it. Also a bunch of HS Kenyans.

Brandon Lord (Chattanooga,TN)
3200: 8:55
1600: 4:10
5000: 14:51
graduated last year and is now running for UGA -
James Ronald Ryun

so how about we find some people who have actually broken 9 and 1:50 and not just those we think could do it it based off other PRs

The sub 9:00 and sub 4:10 guys this year
Lukas Verzbicas (Class of 2011) 4:02c, 8:53(2mile)
Jake Hurysz 4:04c, 8:49
James Rosa (Class of 2011)
Elias Gedyon (Class of 2011)
Craig Lutz (Class of 2011)
Joe Rosa (Class of 2011)
Kirubel Erassa
Walter Schafer
Ammar Moussa (Class of 2011)
Brandon Lord
It's interesting that these 2011 guys could go sub 4 next year excluding Verzbicas. didn't he say he was gonna do the dream mile next year but said he was graduating early? -
From NC here I can think of several that meet your more expansive criteria: Matt Debole (4:09 mile, 8:53 two mile, 14:49 5k XC), Ricky Brookshire (4:08 mile, 14:48 track 5k), Dylan Ferris (1:49 800, 4:08 mile), Jake Hurysz (8:52 two mile, 4:06 mile, 14:46 XC 5k), Jack Bolas (4:04 mile, 14:46 xc 5k). Those mile and two mile times are for that distance, not for the 1600 and 3200.

Kevin Byrne, in the 1970s, I believe, ran the half mile in the 1:51s and was 8:59.7 for the deuce. Someone with actual stats could help. He was sub 4:10 in the mile several times, including a 4:08 flat indoors at the Millrose Games.
Ryan Hall was 1:51.07 for 800 meters, 4:02.62 for 1600 meters and 8:55.12 for the 3200. -
I think 2009 California grad Mac Fleet ran something like 1:50, 4:02, and 9:03 (2 miles). Not completely sure though.

Some little skinny kid from Spokane took care of most of those, almost 50 years ago...
And didn't another smallish guy, from Oregon, take care of a few?

Also, did Ryun ever run under 9:00 in high school? He only ran the event a couple times, IIRC. -
Why have so many people posted people who DIDN'T do what the OP is asking? Sub 1:50, sub 9:00.
Webb and Sage are the only Americans listed so far. Did German actually do it, or did he never break 1:50? The rest meet the other criteria that isn't in the title.
Did Jim Ryun do it? We all know about his mile, but what about 800(880) or 2-mile?
What about Liquori? -
Alex Hatz ran 0:49.67 400 split FAT, and 1:50.72 800m split FAT as well as 4:05.50 and 8:21.01 3k
-
Jim Spivey went 1:50.5 for 880y, which would be under 1:50. He also ran 9:00.5 for 2-miles, which would be well under for 3200m.

The 800 / 2M or 3200 combo is a much bigger deal than 4:10/9:00.
Seems like Ryun ran 9:02
I wonder what girl had the best 800 and 3200/2M combo. Sarah Bowman? Wasn't she 2:04 / 10:16?
Of course Kim Gallagher did 2:00 and 9:19 3k ... and even 16:34 5k on the track. Guess that's by far the best combo ever. Webb's by far the best for boys.
