The genocide in Darfur, US genocide in the Middle East are as important as historic genocide of the Holocaust, Stalin's Purges, Rape of Naking, US massacre in the Phillipines, US Opium poisoning in China, Hiroshima, Pol Pot, US Genocide in Southeast Asia, Potatoe Famine, Nagasaki, Native Americas, Catholoic Chruch in West Africa, Turks slaughter of Kurds, etc.

The Iraq war may well have been ill-advised. But a few facts like:
1) Obama inherited the mess and has been trying successfully to wrap it up and let Iraqis handle their own country
and
2) The vast majority of the 200,000 dead Muslims have lost their lives at the hands of other Muslims.
Somehow these pesky little facts do not seem entirely consistent with the notion of genocide.
