My race tomorrow is at 9 AM and the location is an hour away. So I should be there by 8 AM meaning I have to leave home around 7 AM... so get up around 6-6:30 AM. The thing is, I haven't gotten up that early in forever! I tried to sleep at 11 PM and get up at 7 AM today to practice, I was groggy and went back to sleep and didn't get up until 9 AM.
Should I try to sleep at 10 PM to make sure I get enough sleep? Won't I be tired? Will that affect my race?
