My coach wants me to do a 25x400 workout, but I think it would make more sense to just run 800's instead. My goal is to run around 14:30 outdoors after having a solid indoor season.
Question: How does an 800 workout relate to marathon prediction times? Say 10x800 at roughly 70-72 per 400.
I do a solid 13-15 miles every Sunday, or when motivated I do two 13-15 mile runs on Sundays. Can anyone explain Yasso's 800's more clearly.
