It would certainly appear that he has plateaued. It's sad to see such a tallented athlete stay stuck at mediocre times like this for so long. Maybe one day he'll break through. Only time will tell.
lagat is running a 3k in berlin on sunday.
solinsky may run a 3k in reiti on august 29th.

He ran 12:56 with a 55/56 last lap. His best race yet by far (Even better than 26:59)

Actually 12:56, calculates to a 26:52 10k....so with his finishing in 55/56 I would say you could make a strong argument for either performance being better, if your heart so desired!!!
