Nope: Gay had a 0.164 reaction while Bolt had a 0.176 reaction (which was better than his trials, which was something like 0.221)

Powell missed his chance to beat Bolt; I bet he is saying DAMM I should not have pulled out.

Was bolt even trying. I can't imagine him trying hard and only running 9.97 when he looks easy running 9.70s. He must just be off the juice.
