Can you?
Can you?
i weigh 150, can bench 150, but i'm kinda working on the sub 15 (18:00 LOL).
Benching 150 is an easier goal for most than running sub-15.
I weigh 132, bench 165, and run 14:46

two out of three ain' bad. You still fail.
I weighed 150 could Bench 175 and ran a 15:05
im 255 bench 280 and run 14:57
im not lying
im 6'11
Weigh 160, bench 155 for 7-8 reps, 18:4x PB. Don't think I would've run faster than 17:5x if I took the 5km seriously as a perpetually hurt 400/800 runner. So even not close. Wouldn't bench much more than 150 if I dropped ten pounds either, I don't have any weight to lose at 6' or 6'1".
I weigh 125, can bench 185 and still look sickly thin. WTF?
When I was lifting more a couple years ago:
weighed 185 (6'1")
benched 225
split 15:58 at 5km in a 10km race
I weigh 175 now, and would have a lot of trouble benching that!
I weighed about 155 (at 6'3) when I ran sub-15 and could bench 155 then. I've since benched 235 (no comment on current 5k ability or weight).
weigh 154
bench 195
never ran a 5k, 1:53.4 800 though
Benching 150 is nothing compared to running sub 15.
Five years ago in college I weighed 138 could bench 195 and could run 14:20. I don't see why you need to weigh a certain amount if you can do the other two. I think your bench should be higher. Someone who weighs 150 should be able to bench 150 without ever touching a weight.
Iv'e done all three but not at the same time.
Hard to weigh 150 and run sub 15 when you aer 5'8".
167 pounds - 420 bench - 18 and change for a 5K
Weigh around 150, ran 14:58, last time i maxed out bench was in high school did 135 at 135 lbs
Weigh 155
Bench 225
5k last fall 14:54
I weighed 124, ran sub 14, 30 years ago, benched 375 weighing 175lbs five years ago,......... am now thinking about dropping 40 pounds and running sub 2:00, 800 meter at age fifty this coming year.
Not now. But collegiately was 156lbs., benched 160, and 5000 on track was 14:21.
