The lab I got the test at only did blood work and doesn't review the test with you, I got the results by email.
In that case, it's difficult to know what to tell you. Let me explain why these tests can be informative, and maybe that will help you understand why they aren't informative out of context.
The reason to get iron studies (TIBC, ferritin, etc.) would be in the situation where you have anemia (a low hemoglobin). Certains patterns on the iron studies would support iron deficiency (low ferritin, high TIBC, low saturation). Other patterns can support other causes of anemia. But iron labs aren't meant to be interpreted without preceding evidence of anemia. If you start doing labs out of context, you start getting into some problems that reflect the operating characteritistics of the test. That said, I'd be comfortable saying that you don't appear to be iron deficient.
Regarding the kidney tests (BUN/Cr ratio), that's not a very useful bit of information out of context. If your Cr was elevated, that would indicate that your kidneys are not working properly, and in that case, the BUN/Cr ratio could have something to say about the cause of poor kidney function. You've only provided the ratio, without the Cr itself. So again, we have a situation where your giving labs that don't mean much without other abnormalities.
Last thing, if you are a healthy 21-year old male, there's an argument to be made that you shouldn't be getting routine labs in the first place, because they aren't likely to offer you much benefit... and they may lead to unnecessary stress and even more tests, which have some associated harms.
Cheers.
