I run most of my runs at 7 minute mile pace, on days when I'm tired sometimes slower, days I feel good, maybe 10 seconds per mile faster. How benefical is this? I find that it works pretty well for me as I've read that alot of pro run this slow. What pace does everyone else run?
I go about 8:10ish pace for anything thats not a tempo run.

I usually run in the 6:00-6:05 for easy runs.
On my easy days I usually try to go 5:20-5:23. When I'm really tired I'll go 5:30-5:34. I'm not that fast though.
I was readings and Chris Thompson runs 730's on easy runs and he has run 13 11 now for 5k. I figure it is different between people. I run 7 min miles so I don't become tired and can recover from workouts. I've also improved since I started doing it. I just wanted to see what everyone else does. Oh and I've run 3:46-1500m 8:11-3000m and 14:09-5000m

Well that's because trolls have shitty endurance
looks about right for the majority of runners with prs simular to yours. As Chris Thompson has said these are the glue which keeps him together. Every workout must have a purpose. Keep the quality just that.
makes a lot of sense running 7min miles. im a college runner also and i have had lots of questions about mileage pace because i just started running mileage last summer. anytime i try to build averaging 6:30 during the week, i have a very hard time staying fresh after a few weeks. form my experience, which isnt much at this point, it is much easier to build at a more relaxed pace (7 min).

I run anywhere from 6:15 to 7:00 on easy runs.
