i basically started doing lydiard starting with the hill phase, had a very hard anaerobic phase, now im in his coordination phase (but my coach is making me do jack daniels xc phase 4 stuff right now, but looking at the daniels&lydiard end of season workouts they're pretty similar)
averaged about 55 miles a week all season.
hoping to break school record of 16:30 this saturday. then after that run as fast as I can til state nov. 20 (currently ranked 39th in my states 2a classification) so optimistically id like to break 16 now
