Let the predictions begin.
If he is fit I think he is capable of going sub 13:10
but depends on if he gets stuck in no mans land early in the race or not. If he has a pack to hang off the back of he could do well time wise.

Well he ran world champs last year. His HS 5k record was overseas as well...believe he ran a 7:49 3k overseas as a freshman and tanked in a 5k where he went out in 4:10 as a frosh. His HS 10k might have been overseas? He's def done several overseas.

He's been all over.
http://www.iaaf.org/athletes/biographies/country=USA/athcode=196507/index.htmlI don't think so. But I see it as a watershed event for Rupp. Basically its his first big time international meet running a distance event as a real professional. I really have no idea what he will run. I wasn't all that impressed with him at PRE but I maybe there we shouldn't read much into it. I'll say 13:10.

I mean, it's pretty impressive that we can say 13:10 lackadaisically, as if that's kind of a rust buster race. so .. go America. Go Galen Rupp!
I think that he even ran in Australia, maybe a 10k in December a few years back.
He is our great white hope! lets hope he puts those africans in there place...
Sincerely Wejo
PS. Also cragg is in this race.. i hope he also beats the africans... they have it coming for beating our superior race into submission.
We will not submit.. we will continue to celebrate the 9.98 with videos and american records with 72 point font...
Whoo HOO
I'm very smart.
