While of the subject of malicious litigation, maybe we can put together our own class action lawsuit, for inherent pain and suffering endured re: training to keep off the excess baggage created by whoppers and taco supremes and big macs (citing said line in Once a Runner as crucial evidence).

I hope the restaurants lose the suit and are driven to bankruptcy. That would be awesome.

What's next? Sue the supermarket for selling ground beef, ice cream and french fries?? Good grief, nobody forced the fat loser to drive to McDonald's and buy the food!! Heck, he could have chosen to get a salad instead of the junk. This is getting ridiculous. People need to take responsibility for their own actions!
There, I feel better now. -
I can see his point. I mean, I eat ice cream because it's good for me, right? Doesn't the Extreme in the new Doritos stand for Extremely Healthy? How could they possibly expect the public to know that stuff was not good for them! Absolutely amazing that someone would really say the stuff he said.

It appears the lead plaintiff in the suit, Caesar Edward Barber, can be reached at 718-653-8873, if anybody would like to discuss with him what they think of his ridiculous lawsuit.
I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the phone number since I only used an internet directory, but there is only one Caesar Barber in New York and his age of 56 (per USSearch) matches the age of the plaintiff in the news story, so use at your own risk . . .
I will enjoy telling him what I think of him wasting taxpayer money.

There is nothing wrong with eating chocolate and ice cream in moderation. Ice cream has a good ratio of fat and carbs that is actually a decent snack especially after a long workout. Some nutritional benefits of chocolate as well:
