I am 6' 1" and a 150 lbs. I am very much not happy with my weight because of skinny I always look. So I want to know is it possible to gain weight and still train. My goal is hopefully to get up to 160 lbs by the end of the summer and to hopefully be at 180 by thanksgiving. Is this possible to achieve and still train at 50 to 60 miles per week or am I just dreaming. Would gaining this much weight be possible if I didn't run at all? Also what is the best way to gain weight, in a healthy manner?
