Nope. joho's answer was correct (well almost, acteually 5:18) and should end the thread.
Ok smartasses.
Be serious.
4.10 for an average strenght marathon runner. If you are super strong maybe 4.20.
M/km 5:18

26 2:17:48
Finish 2:18:58
I ran 4:21 and I couldn't come close to 2:20. 2:28 was the limit.
I propose 4:14.

I'm going to agree with 4:20.
For a strength runner, I would propose these shorter distance times:
Half: 66:15
10k: 30:00
5k: 14:25
mile: 4:20
800: 2:02
400: 58

Strength runners can definitely run sub-2:19 without running 4:14.

Funny, Paula Padcliffe has a mile best of 4:24 (and she has won the 5th Ave Mile before) but has run 2:15. Maybe you are just a middle distance runner by physiology.

Nearly identical to Paula's PR's except she ran 2:15 (and well under 2:20 multiple times)
I ran a 2:23 marathon w/ pr of the following
4:17 mile
8:45 3k
30:01 10K
1:06 half marathon
2:23 marathon
Probably could have gone faster in the marathon with more quality long runs.

I don't know about Ms. Padcliffe, but can we all agree that as a marathoner, Paula Radcliffe is a freak? I don't know that I would use her as a standard to compare against.
My mile PR was 4:17 when I ran my marathon PB. I would guess that a pure marathoner could take a shot at 2:19 with a mile PB in the 4:30's
Sorry did I miss it. What was your marathon PB? Are you saying you ran 2:19?

His is 2:14 high, but run on the hilly central park criterium course.
My hero Nate Jenkins commented on my thread!
I also think 4:20 is about right.
