Obviously there are several very high quality episodes, some of which I haven't even seen yet (started watching only a couple years ago). Last night I watched part 2 of The Trip (where Kramer is in LA and accused of killing someone) for not the first time and I think that's my favorite.

There are too many for me to list. I do know that the last episode, IMO, was one of my least favorite.
The one where the marathoner from Trinidad comes to run the NYC marathon. George meets the owners from Houston and learns to cuss. The marathon story is weak because any athlete that good would be a guest of David Monti and crew but funny none the less.
The last episode of Season 5 " The Opposite", where everything goes right for George and everything goes wrong for Elaine. And Kramer tells Jerry that he is " Even Steven ".
Definitely the marathon episode. The funniest part is the guys awful form and the fact that a guy from Trinidad is winning New York.
Gonna go ahead and give it up to the The Pool Guy episode, which has Kramer's infamous Moviefone story.
"Why don't you just tell me the name of the movie?"
Bizarro Jerry is my favorite. The quality of all storylines is unmatched - Man Hands, Elaine's Bizzaro world (with Kevin, Gene, and Feldman), Kramer going to work in a suit and tie for a company he doesn't really work for, and George using the photograph of Man Hands to get access to the forbidden city of beautiful women in the meat packing plant.
My next two favorite are The Junior Mint and The Barber.

Good call. It's hilarious when Kramer gets fired. "You're fired." "Well, I don't even work here."

The fact that no one has mentioned the car dealership episode or Kenny Roger's Roasters episode makes me very sad.
I can't pick between: the dealership, Kenny Roger's Roasters, and Kramerica Industries.
And no mention yet of Soup Nazi or The Competition.
I actually liked the final episode with all of the characters coming back to testify that the 4 of them were bad people.

The Library is one of my all-time favorites.
"Cantstanya Costanza," George's Atomic wedgie, the flashbacks of George and Jerry in the locker room. Cracks me up everytime i see it.
And by the way, to any mets fans/Seinfeld fans out there, Jerry is going to be commentating the game alongside Keith Hernandez tonight on SNY at 7.
What is the dealership episode? I can't place it.....
