I was wondering about which Marathon plan you marathoners follow. What did you think of it and would you follow the same plan again
For my first two (only done 2) it was just getting the miles in the 2nd more miles more regularity did improve time by about 43 minutes
I did train for 2 more marathons but had to withdraw from both one with injury (too much running on the treadmill in bad weather) i was following a Jack Daniels Plan which i did enjoy. and this year due to family reasons had to withdraw but i was just getting the miles in again due to a bad winter really started building my base again too late
Next marathon will be next April so plenty of time
