Song from the BMX movie Rad - "Thunder in Your Heart" !!!!!
I am sure everyone has a favorite, there was a thread on here not too long ago about this subject. I have several, one is Led Zepplin's "Fool in the Rain": "I run in the rain till I'm breathless, when I breathless I run till I drop..."

I'd just like to find a decent song that has either 90 or 180 beats per minute. Something to keep a rhythm too.
Hell I'd hum the theme from Jeopardy during a race if it had the right beat.

Sorry, I was thinking of a lyric from that tune.
It should be "Wildflower" by The Cult.

prodigy "breathe" and fatboy slim "right here, right now". those will get you fired up. for the rockers out there, stone temple pilots "army ants" or piebald "american heart" are quality choices.

I just counted up the beats per minutes in Eminem's new single, "Lose Yourself". It's almost exactly 180 beats per minute. Try it out on your next tempo, it works wonders. My cross country team has adopted it as their theme for the championship season.
