One of the girls I coach who is a real work horse and runs a lot of mileage told me recently she ran 65 min for a 10 mile harder tempo run the other day. Her 3200 PR is 12 min, but it is obvious from her mile that she is more fit for the longer distances. Is a 65 min 10 mile reasonable with this PR? It does seem a bit fast, but then again she is an aerobic monster.
