No, throw in some strides, 75% light intervals, you want to not get too fresh... Sounds counter intuitive...but for me, if I took 3 days easy, my legs would get less pumped and I would feel clumsy, ergo some strides, or 75% repeat 200's (4x200).
Most important, try not to over think and don't obsess, think about the fun aspects of racing, do some positive visualization, see your self comfortable and smooth running your race strategy, moving up when you want to and being in position and blasting the last 100 and running your goal PR or better!
