I've preferred running in compression shorts since I started wearing them (like 4 years ago) but I think I'm going to switch over to just running shorts with nothing underneath (except for the built in underwear). I usually run in longer shorts but I was looking into shorter running shorts and it seems like all of them have built in underwear that doesn't go well with the compression shorts. I always feel like my legs aren't as stable and get fatigued quicker when I don't wear compression shorts but I know I'll adjust and get stronger.
Does anyone have any experience with this switch?
