And Bolt ran 19.56.
Very nice. I like this Tyson gay character.

Beating Tysons own meet record of 19.97. Also KD ran 1:47 to win.
Seems like a lot of 400s for Tyson this year. Perhaps he is eying the event for 2011/2012? Drops almost a second in a few weeks, very promising!

What are you talking about? he ran slower...also it's his second 400 isn't it?
Yeah, he was slower this time. Second 400 this season, but not lifetime.
He said he wants to do 400s and target Bolt's 200 WR. Guess he's going for the strength approach. I did hear/read him say he believes he has enough speed/turnover.
Well, along with the, eh, change in his appearance over the years, it proves he is indeed using more than Vitamin C as an ergogenic aid.
What do you think hes is using? SARMS?
Interesting, I had never heard of SARMs... Any benefits to distance runnners (recuperation...) or is it only the sprinters that use it?

I think it will make an old distance runner recover like a 20 year old, and a beat up sprinter feel new again.
19:56 is also faster than Gay ever ran. No surprise that he is moving up. Until Bolt moves up, too.
He's not moving up. Gay also opened with a 19.5 last year, too.

Whoop, thought he ran 45high last week, I guess it was 44high. Still, a win is a win.
But 2 400s is more 400s than usual for Tyson. And he is definitely showing some promise at the event.
He ran two 400s last year before his first 200m.

Interesting that on the homepage it states that Bolt ran his time into a stiff headwind. But that Gay "just" ran 45:05

And apparently Gay's legs were hurting, which is why he believes he ran "just" 45.05
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
