No. Fractional odds shows your profit. 7/2 = 350/100 which means you get 350 profit for every 100 bet.

Decimal odds (also used in European books) would look like this: 3.50, which means you are returned 350 for every 100 bet, or 250 profit.

Fractional -> Decimal odds -> F + 1 = D

e.g. 7/2 = 3.5 -> (3.5) + 1 = 4.5 decimal odds

100/1 -> 101
