Who's the big elephant? Robert Kiprono Cheruiyot. Hall indulges fantasies of winning marathons, of being "the big elephant", but remains incapable of sitting where he wants to be when it counts - #1 at the finish line. Agreed. He seems to still be living in the after glow of the Olympic Trials where he was the big elephant. He needs to realize that he is not the big elephant in international races.
