Another good week. Really solid tempo on Monday on tired legs, and a nice workout on Thursday. I was pleased to find that I have as much speed as I do right now, considering the lack of speedwork that I've done. I feel like things are definitely shaping up nicely for Indy in three weeks. I'm racing a 5000m on the track at Hillsdale on Friday, so that should be interesting. I hoping to run a pretty decent time based off of this workout. But the real goal is the half in Indy, so I'm not worrying too much about this 5000m. Should be fun though.
