I know that "it's just a number", but I'm interested in completing these milestones in the next couple weeks and need help structuring a week for the 200 miles in a week milestone. I average 70 a week so getting to 100 will be very easy, just gonna go from 70 to 100 in one weeks time. I plan on doing no "workouts", just running mileage. Question is, what is the best way to structure a 200 mile week?
