I wouldn't quite say that, but it doesn't look good. Has Lel ran a marathon since Beijing?
I admit to not being an old timer when it comes to running, however it sure seems like once an elite marathoner hits hard times, they rarely, if ever, come back to the form they once held.

The spot light is on Rosa and Claudio berrardelli.Of late his athetes are falling like flies.Evans cheruiyot,Robert Cheruiyot,Kwambai,Tergat,lel.All have one thing in common getting injured in the last month prior to the race.
The thing is - only the most casual fans don't know all those athletes take illegal drugs.
I suppose you have evidence that these athletes use illegal drugs?

NO it was Jos hermans who was banned from cycling for doping.Rosa has trained so many athletes over the years e.g tergat,josh cox,moses tanui etc.If he was doping them it would have somehow come out.However i think Rosa's training technics have become outdated.Rosa's training has not been dynamic.If you were to see Martin lel's training program for london in 2010 it is the same as the one for london in 2007.He still does the 38K long run every week and the 25x 1 min off 1 min on fartlek he was doing 4 years ago.Surely a training program should evolve with time especially as an athlete grows older bearing in mind increased injury risks etc.
