I remember recently reading an article where a guy was making his own gels. Anybody else do this? Where do you get supplies, any place to trade or get recipes? Also, are there any natural gummy bears or other things that are good for runs when you don't want to pay an arm and a leg for sports specific stuff. . I usually plan my runs to hit water fountains, so I usually only drink water for anything 2 hours or less (I heAr this is not good for the body, goes into starvation mode). Anyway, thoughts, ideas?
