I don't think a solo run counts as a race. It's more of a time trail when you run by yourself.

It's a glorified time trial.

um.. Pixler won by 7 seconds. whoopdedoo. Lisa Koll averaged five seconds faster for a 10k. 15:44 is a lame performance for Pixler and for Stanford.

That is dwelling on the negative. How about that she is in a better shape than last year. In other words, lets say, with the same effort it took her to run 4:33 last year, she can do 4:14. Looks therefore like she could run 4:07 this year. That is progress. Way to go Hasay.

She is not even the top 1500 meter runner in the school. Zoe Buckman ran 4:12 last week.

I wasn't dwelling on anything. I was asking a question. I hope she does run 4:07.

She has in no-way peaked . When the speed workouts kick in you will see some great times in may & june
